Horses have always been a huge influence in my life. As a horse owner and advocate, enhancing the quality of life for horses is my mission. My business, Hoof Boots & Beyond, realizes a lifelong dream by providing top-tier hoof care products for horses and ponies. I offer the amazing Flex Hoof Boots from Finland, Hoof Armor, EVO Rasps, and Horse Crud Products, which provide the ultimate in hoof care and protection.

My home base is Wesley Chapel, Florida, nestled between Tampa Bay and Ocala, Horse Capital of the world. I live a joyful life, spending time with two wonder horses, Maxwell and Chief. Max is a Rocky Mountain horse and Chief is a Rocky/Arab cross. In addition to my equine family, I live with my husband John, our youngest son Josh, and our faithful dog, Boots. I have two other children; my son, Kris, resides near Philadelphia with his amazing family including two beautiful grandchildren and my daughter, Jenn the world traveler and her significant other Howard – currently based in Brooklyn.

Connecting with fellow horse people throughout the United States via email, phone and at Horse Expos is one of my favorite things Based on our conversations, my bucket list is brimming with places to ride and incredible people to visit.
Outside of work, I savor time with my beloved animals and enjoy trail riding, camping, and walking Boots, my spirited rescue pup. I also have a passion for cruising and embarking on riding adventures in distant locations. But no matter where I go, I am always grateful to return to my herd.

If You Like Your Horses Barefoot— Flex Boots Are The Answer!
Flex Boots are designed with the horse’s welfare as the main priority. This is why they work so well and are fast becoming the most popular hoof boot all around the world. Flex Boots work best when hooves are maintained in their anatomically correct shape with frequent maintenance trims. Since the boot sole is a cushioned air pad, long toes, high walls or sharp edges can damage the product. So just make sure your horse’s barefoot hooves are properly trimmed and you are ready to go!

But Can I Ride In Any Kind Of Weather?
YES! Thanks to the careful design and advanced technology used to make these boots, they are suitable for use in any weather and terrain; with great drainage and water-repellent materials, you can use them in snow, mud, very dry conditions and anywhere in between. The all-terrain sole gives superb grip, and the boots have pre-drilled holes that allow for easy installation of ice studs if required.

What If I Have A Horse With Thin Soles or Laminitis?
No problem! Many clients use these boots as an extra protection for their horses while they are riding— but for those who need just a little more— “Flex Pads” at only $13- $20 a pair that can add extra comfort to horses recovering from laminitis or who just have thin soles. Flex Pads can be used in the boots to offer additional cushioning and protection for horses that need this. Easy to insert and super comfortable for your horse!

Are Flex Boots Sold As a Complete Pair? Are They Affordable?
Sometimes horses have different size hooves, so we sell boots individually to ensure your horses gets the correct size boot for each hoof. When you purchase Flex Boots, you get everything you need as one complete boot. We designed a boot that is easy to use and functions extremely well without the need for you to modify the boot or add any extra parts to it.

What If I Want or Need To Order Extra Parts?
All Flex Boot parts are replaceable, so if something breaks, you do not need to buy a completely new boot; you just replace the broken part. This is less expensive for you, and better for the environment - a win win!

Will You Have a Size To Fit My Horse?
YES! Flex Hoof Boots are available in 15 standard sizes and 14 Wide sizes (for horse with round hooves) they are perfect for ponies and horses. (Widths range between 80 – 150mm which is up to 6-1/8” wide) Boots are sold individually; to purchase a pair, add two boots to your basket. Each boot is supplied as a complete set that includes the boot shell with rivets, a TPU gaiter, neoprene gaiter and a back strap. Our size chart should provide information on the proper size boot your horse will need. Just follow the easy measurement instructions.

Don’t Forget "Hoof Armor" For Your Horse’s Thin Soles or Stone Bruises!
Hoof Armor hoof protection is a tough, yet flexible, abrasive-resistant adhesive coating used to protect the bottom of a horse’s hoof from excessive wear and chipping and to prevent infections to the rest of the equine foot. Although Hoof Armor is tougher than a hoof, it is more flexible than a hoof, so it does not restrict the natural expansion and contraction of the hoof and allows for optimum circulation and hoof health as well as the horse’s natural gait.

Hoof Armor protects the sole of the hoof while it becomes stronger and more resistant to stone bruising.
The thickness of a callused hoof sole is the key to stone protection. Hoof Armor can be applied to the sole, hoof wall, the frog and heel bulbs, wherever and whenever needed. Being flexible, Hoof Armor will work with any trimming technique, or with horseshoes or hoof boots.
